CREATE CLEAN WATER MOBILE PHONE APPLICATIONS

There is need to promote water related applications, we can create a team of innovators and task them to come up with cheap and easy water applications for example those that can take a picture of water and determine whether that water is clean or not. I think this will make it easy for the majority since most people already have smart phones and we can also find away to provide communary to those who do not have.
