relaible water suply

to have clean water, you must have enough water suply especially in dry lands of Africa like north and north east Africa, if we could create a pipeline tapping water from the oceans around Africa to those areas and along the pipelines we could have the water treated ready for use before it reaches the users, African governments can create funds to that effect.
