Maximum rain water usage

My idea is about creating a low cost gutter that can be attached to any roof round hut and cornerd roof.It is joined to a pipe that takes the rain water to a under ground tank walled with cheap water containing materials like a thin Aluminium sheet; the groung holds it in place and it also prevents rats and mice from entering .A concrete slab is then put on top with a cheap pump the tank can be communal or for one home. ...more »
